To provide users with SBBpro's functions and services, maintain the normal operation of various functions and services of SBBpro, identify abnormal account status in a timely manner, do our best to ensure the security of your account, and continuously improve and optimize your experience using SBBpro, we will collect and use the information you voluntarily provide, authorize us to provide, or that is required by your enterprise user, as well as the information generated during your use of SBBpro for the following purposes described in this policy:
1.1 Helping You Become a Registered User of SBBpro
To become a registered user of SBBpro, you can complete identity verification by entering your mobile phone number and receiving a verification code, or through an enterprise user entering your mobile phone number into the organizational structure they created, authorizing you to become the final user of SBBpro in the enterprise organization. During this process, we need to collect your mobile phone number to create your SBBpro account and provide you with basic functions/services of SBBpro, such as IM chat (instant messaging), group creation, password recovery, etc.
1.2 Information Collected During the Use of SBBpro Functions/Services
1.2.1 Basic Device Information: Based on the specific permissions you grant during the installation and use of the software, we will collect the relevant basic information of the device you use, as follows:
1.2.1.1 After you agree to this policy, we will collect your device's IMEI number, Mac address, and Android ID to uniquely identify and bind your device, ensuring that related functions can be used normally and providing effective account security protection for you;
1.2.1.2 After you agree to this policy, we will collect the list of software applications installed on your device and identify the version number of these applications so that you can quickly determine whether the relevant applications are installed when sharing content through SBBpro to other applications;
1.2.1.3 After you agree to this policy, we will collect the model and operating system version information of your device to understand the hardware status of your device, allowing us to provide compatible interactive design and configurations such as mobile attendance for your device.
1.2.2 Instant Messaging Content Information: To meet your needs for instant communication with other end users within the organizational structure created by your enterprise user or with other supported individual users, we will record the content of your chats with other users to facilitate the transmission and interaction of information and support synchronization to the local device. Chat content information includes text, voice messages, files, and pictures.
1.2.3 Log Information: When you use the functions or services provided by the SBBpro client or related websites, we automatically collect detailed information about your use of the relevant functions and services through saved network logs. This may include your IP address, browser type, telecom operator, access date and time, web page access records, call status information, approval log information, attendance log information, etc.
1.2.4 Data Controlled by Enterprise Users: Based on the needs of enterprise users, the relevant data generated or involved during the unified settings by enterprise user administrators or independently operated by end users during the activation and use of SBBpro's related functions/services may include the following:
1.2.4.1 After you become the final user of the SBBpro enterprise organization, you can further customize settings such as name, gender, email address, department, position, etc., and set a personalized avatar. You can modify the aforementioned information autonomously, except when your enterprise user has set corresponding restrictions or approval procedures when inviting/authorizing you to become the final user;
1.2.4.2 The position, affiliated department, contact information, office email account, office phone, etc., assigned to you by your enterprise user, as well as personal information such as geographic location, movement trajectory, attendance punch-in information, approval records, publishing log information, schedule information, cloud disk file information, etc., generated after enabling functions such as attendance, approval, check-in according to the daily operation and management requirements of the enterprise user;
1.2.4.3 If your enterprise user administrator chooses to enable the SBBpro Telemarketing Edition feature, and with your consent to enable the device recording permission, the calls you make through SBBpro will be recorded and the recording data will be uploaded and saved;
1.2.4.4 The order transaction information and invoice information related to the purchase and activation of value-added services, professional/telemarketing/inventory management edition functions/services when using the order management function service provided by SBBpro;
1.2.4.5 If your enterprise user administrator chooses to enable the SBBpro Inventory Management Edition function, you need to input information such as suppliers, purchase orders, warehouses, receipt orders, shipment orders, inventory transfer orders, inventory reports, etc., as required by the enterprise user;
1.2.4.6 If you are an enterprise user administrator and choose to enable functions such as SMS marketing, you need to upload the company's business license and the legal representative's ID for record as required by the telecommunications operator, otherwise, you will not be able to use this function;
1.2.4.7 Other data submitted by enterprise users that may contain personal information, such as the SBBpro corporate address book information (which may include the final user's employment information, contact information, personal identity information, etc.).
You understand and agree that the enterprise user is the controller of the above data and is also the processor of the relevant personal information of administrators and end users within the enterprise organization. SBBpro only processes the aforementioned data according to the enterprise user's authorization and entrustment (including but not limited to the administrator's operations, configurations, etc.). Enterprise users should independently control the scope of information authorized for us to process based on their operational management, human resource management, internal information security control, and other purposes, and are responsible for protecting the legitimate rights and interests of their managed end users and bearing the corresponding legal liabilities.
Specifically, if you are an enterprise user administrator, you should ensure that your choice to enable relevant functions/services and perform corresponding usage settings strictly follows the actual needs and valid instructions of your enterprise user. You should also ensure that your enterprise user has obtained effective authorization from the corresponding personal subjects before providing us with the personal information required for processing under this policy.
1.2.5 Information Collected by Third-Party SDKs: To ensure that SBBpro's functions/services are available and running stably, we may integrate software development kits (SDKs) provided by third parties. We will fulfill our due diligence obligations and strictly monitor the information collected by third-party SDKs to protect data information security as much as possible.
